30 Squats

135 pound Power clean, 19 reps

7 Strict Pull-ups

Run 400 meters

Last four rounds 200 m run/ 45#

After the first two rounds I panicked that I wouldn't finish in the time cap. Dropped the weight after hearing Keith's voice over and over in my head " String 10, then 9 Power Cleans"

DNF- probably 100m to go on the last run at the time cap. I used a 115 lb. barbell and mixed strict with kipping pull-ups. This one was tough but felt good doing it for a great cause.

Ran 200 meters for 5 runs and ran one 400 meter.

It was great to have such a huge crowd and see some new bodies in the box. Great job to Bus and Wags for running a WOD!

DNF - finished 5 rounds at the time cap, then did half of my 6th once time expired. disappointed but still a really fun time.
