Do you do 30 hang cleans before moving to front squats? You can't drop at all? Yikes!

Erik... It was a complex. So, the three movements were one rep. You couldn't drop the bar during the complex, but could put the bar down between each complex/rep. Good LUCK! :)

Bus, As long as we get to listen to 'Hangin' Tough' on repeat through the workout, that'll make up for the lack of a NKOTB pic.

Erock, Julia is correct. However, yo will mostly likely see the 30-30-30, in the near future! I took it for a tesr run this morning.....and boy is it fun!

BTW-NO hang sqt cleans or Thrusters! Must be a true Hang Clean and a true Jerk!

Worked out w/ crossfit inspire today in Avalon..( inspire is in exton, PA)
All bodyweight moves:
"scarecrow"
Run 200m (w/ PVC over shoulders so you look like a scarecrow)
200 OHS (w/ PVC)
Run 200m
200 PU
Run 200 m
200 ab mat butterfly sit ups
Run 200 m
200 single jump ropes or 50 DU
If you had to take linger than a 2 sec break on any moves or if your hands came off the ground during the push ups you had to run 200m

Never got a chance to try it today because we stayed at the waterpark too long. maybe tomorrow.
