    OHS are a weakness due to shoulder, hip, knee and ankle flexibility issues. Oh yea, they kill my wrists too.

  13. My first WOD- I never made it to the WOD....I did a tabata run on a treadmill as a warmup- I puked on the 4 set....I was hooked
    2nd WOD- Punisher- 20 min amrap- 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 situps, 20 air squats

    1. Snatch Complex- Power Snatch + OHS + Snatch Balance + Hang Sqt Snatch- worked up to 185#
    2. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1- Push Jerk 205#
    2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20- Pullups

    My first WOD was Diane, HSPU with deadlifts. I was scared to drive home since my arms and legs were shaking uncontrollably. Hooked instantly!

  25. This one almost got me on the pull ups but I finished all 100. I am stepping back weights for the next week or two to try and build up stamina and so far it is going well.

  26. 23:50 85 pullups at 8mins, felt pretty strong with the rest.. 35lb KB and 65lb OHS.. Back was screaming after the 100 OHS.. Legs are still screaming today, but i tend to be the most sore 2 days later.. ughh

    OHS are a weakness - they get easier towards the end of the wod - so tight in the beginning.
