Erock, you can def open a bit more....Finish with your shoulders back.....Stellar one arm catch
WOD Note, partners move in a line, you can not move on until the person in front of you completes the reps.
21:00. Our team did not make it under the cap. We went with three on our team and I probably could have given Kevin more time to finish his pull ups. I took too long on my thrusters. Would love to do this WOD again and make it under the cap.

11:21 with T Irv... dudes a beast and killed those pull-ups... legs were unusually fried from going to thrusters from the rower! happy with my 1000 time though!

Great effort by Kevin to reel us back in that close to the cap.
This will definitely be on my list for a do-over. I had something funky going on with my right hip/groin but managed to get off the rower @ 4:05 which was close to my "Plan A" of a 4min pace.
Overall pretty happy with my effort, the last time I did Jackie (9 mos ago?), my row time was 5:35 and I did not complete the Thrusters and never saw the pullup bar.
Always great seeing the measurable progress!

I still finished those 5 after the time was up & was really happy with how the thrusters went for me. did not expect that part to be a strength.
Jon & Rob, I say we give this another go sometime when open WODs are back on Sundays!
I think I left my watch at Apex yesterday morning. I took it off after the run, so I wasn't wearing it during the tire flips. If anyone sees it, please let me know.

Partnered with LaRynn; nearly had a heart attack when I saw I had finished at 15:01 but forgot that our rower timed out right before LaRynn started pulling so we lost 12 seconds.

I partnered with Terry :) we were 13:33 with 15# and jpu. Huge props to her because she solidly pushed through her thrusters and pull-ups to finish us with a great time!
