  1. WOD: 19:00 25# db 135# DL. Tough tough WOD! But definitely my kind of WOD. The set of 21 man makers took forever to finish. Gave it all I had to get through the set of 9's. Thanks Julia for staying on me and pushing me to the end.

    the man makers were so tedious, but I felt like I flew through KTE & DL.

    finished over the cap @ 20:40. 12#DB & 95#DL. glad I pushed through & finished.

    Man makers burnt up the time in this one - the rows weren't bad, but combined with the push up and jumping, definitely tiring. Moved quickly on the rest - wish I had upped the weight on the DL. Overall, a real tough workout, and I am glad I was able to make it out.

    This one was really rough in the beginning, but once I zoned in and focused I felt strong through the end. And it was SO helpful working on snatches during warmup because it's definitely a weakness for me.

    Good job to Sarah for rocking her 2nd WOD ever! :)
