  2. Wod: 4 rds + 150m. Took way too much time running the 200m and the burpee bar muscle ups. Really wanted to get 5-6 rounds. 165# dead lifts. Should've went a little heavier. Had a hard time getting my legs going this am. Still recovering from the thrusters yesterday. Where you at Rob? Today was your favorite run/dead lifts combo!

  8. @ Jon, today was a scheduled "rest day" for me and I was a bit relieve when I saw that combo.

    So no WOD for me today but I did close the deal on a sweet pair of Custom Nano 3's!

    Jumping bar muscle ups

    Tried one round of regular bar muscle ups and fatigued way too fast. Still, have a nagging issue with my right hand/wrist/forearm which is limiting me on advanced movements...

  13. I was wondering the same about Bekah's early guesses, but it doesn't surprise me that Bus is so secretive either... Rob, I want those shoes; somedays, like today, I wear the same addidas I started with 5 years ago! In any case 5 rounds + 190 m at #155 and jumping bar mu's.

    Had plates on top of a box for the jumping bar mu's - first time doing that move

    Really tired afterwards

    jumping bar muscle ups and 165# deadlift.

    First real lesson in how diet effects workout ability.
    The football size burrito I ate at 4 pm did not sit well during this WOD. Felt like crap from the first step of the warm-up.
    Lesson learned!

    had to use a box for the bar muscle up, but was still really excited to do that kind of move.

    was nice to see Josh & Tanya, and some of the PM'ers. been doing mornings through these hot weeks.
