*3rds of 7 burpees,7 sdhp 65/45
*partner completing 3rds must complete exercise in under 4 min. 500m will be added each time to the already allotted 5k for failure to complete 3 rds in under 4 min. Partners must switch every 4 min, no earlier or later.

Teamed up with Kim D! We rocked & row'd in at 21:50 with 65# and 15# on the SDHP. I left my Mawshi at home so I went commando this morning...

Partnered with the AM Julie (we even wore the same shirt ironically haha) and we did awesome at 20:12 using 35# and 5 burpees for me :)
