  1. Quick shout out to this week's Swim WOD participants who did an awesome job tackling a "kick-pull-swim" warm-up, an in-water dynamic running session and breaststroke drills all before this week's workout "Gettysburg."

    WOD—“Gettysburg”
    17 minute AMRAP
    35 yard swim (first 10 yards underwater)
    50 yard (approx) one-hand bumper plate pinch carry (25#-15#-10#)
    35 yard swim (last 10 yards underwater)
    Up ramp to exit water.
    Score is total number of rounds completed.
