Reps of 50-40-30-20-10 for time:

Double unders
Kettlebell Swings 35/20
Sit-ups

*Must complete all exercises before moving onto the next lower set of reps

double unders- gonna have to work on that one! Did modification- just single jumps

Still working on jump rope, mod.-doulbe the amount for each set 100,80,etc. w/35lb DB. FEEL GREAT!!

Had a great little motivator with us...thanks Ian :) "come on Ween" He encouraged Elaine and I to get through. Tried to stay as close as I could to Josh, sometimes he's just in fast forward mode and I can't seem to catch him! Double unders got tough in the first 2 rounds.
