So our day off: meaning a REST DAY and an off day for school resulted in the Linda at the gymnastics facility. It felt good to lift heavy. It was the first time in a while.

Linda is a crusher! I knew it was going to be tough...but I though with scaled weight I'd be ok...whew! I am a hurting pup right now. Tried shooting archery today at school and almost dropped the bow when my tricept cramped up. I hurt ALL OVER. Used my rest day yesterday so I'm already nervous for tomorrow!
We started 3:30 minutes after the boys so you were more like 42min! I was so excited when I remembered that...those 3 and a half make a big difference, I felt like they were waiting so long for us to get finished.
