My sausage finger gave me some trouble on this one. I had trouble gripping the bars.

I did 800's today. I ran the hill by the house. I think it was 800, but the hill back up was a time killer.

Didn't get to Wags until about 7pm (I know that's early for Angie and Missy, but not for me!). Long day today, but I think the anticipation helped get me up for this one! Kipping helps so much... last time did this one I couldn't kip (it dropped about 4 minutes off my last time :)

Not a personal favorite...sorry Josh :-) It's just that 10 down through 1 rep thing... I'm thinking I'm not a big fan of that! Ah well, made it through anyway. Tan, congrats on the kipping! Maybe someday I'll get there, but for now I keep on modifying...

reg pushups without rings
situps with medball (minus the throw)

it seems that medball-situp-throw-thing requires more coordination than I could manage! after getting knocked in the head a few times as the ball bounced back at me, I decided it would be just safer to hold on to it this time!!

Able to do WAGS w/ 105lb C&J, left foreman are sore after WOD. Will try moving up in weight next time.
