Felt a little sloppy today...knee flexion and back extension were my limiting factors. Happy to get through it and looking forward to a little rest.

Mike, give your back a break and recoup...but keep your head strong, don't get down mentally. You'll be back on that trampoline flopping around in no time!

G-hopper, thanks for the protein...I absolutely LOVE the vanilla! No more tropical for me. Please count me in for 3 tubs vanilla in your next order

Just so I remember for next time, cause I like to know...
High pull- 25lb
Push Press- 45lb
Manmakers- (2) 12lb dumbells
Box jumps-16" jumps
Overhead squat- 45lb bar (too much weight, couldn't keep form & get squat low enough)
