5-7-08 "Mini Triathlon"

Consecutively complete the following in any order. Complete all three rounds for total time:

Run 1.5 miles
Row 2000m
Bike 3 miles

*replacement for Bike, complete 2000 Jump ropes
*mod for Row is 200 high pulls with 45lbs

talk about sweating... did my triathlon in the middle of the afternoon heat & sun again.

Getting ready for this weekend... definitely want to make this one up. I think I'll go with the jumprope for fun!

When I was finish I had 2'diameter
puddles @ bike station & High Pull area. Needed a bucket & mop to clean up.
