Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Push Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1


*Each lift will be reviewed for proper form with PVC. Following the review each person will be responsible to warm up and determine a start weight for each lift which feels most comfortable. Once you have chosen your starting weight you will have 7 attempts trying to reach your maximum lift. Chose your weights wisely. A Failed lift still counts as an attempt. Good luck.
