100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
TIME CAP 55minutes
*please arrive a bit sooner than usual in order to warm up.
*mens rx'd is wearing a 20lb vest through entire wod
*you may break up the pull ups, push ups and squats any way you would like
*scaling is strongly advised

As bad as this sounds I'm actually really pumped. I think it has to do with watching the sealfit video of this wod on the cf journal haha
