If you didn't make it out to yoga last night, be sure to jump in tomorrow's class at 9am, it is directly following our morning wod.

Did you know it takes about 2 weeks to FULLY recover from a max deadlift.

I'm sure yoga would help!

Hey guys, hope all is going well at Apex. Sorry haven't been on at all lately, been very busy. Cant wait to be back working out with everybody, miss all the crazy Crossfit workouts. Football is going well. My max lifts were okay but had to do them all after practice. Incline bench-255 power clean- only 265(pretty upset about that) and squat- 370x5 very easy. And thanks dan! so happy i got a mu before school came around. Thanks again to everybody for helping me get ready. Camps almost over, lets hope the rest goes well. All of you look like your doing well, Keep it up. Talk soon,
