First Muscle up for Cody M. and Tanya's first muscle up back from pregnancy!

185 for me on the FS looking forward to hitting this wod in the am.

By the way just finished the 10rd wod tonight at 11pm. Instead of 5 strict pull ups I did 4 muscle ups. Was able to finish in 18:23.

Holy legs. That was terrible. I don't know if I felt so terrible because of all of the Denny's I have eaten in the last week or if the combination of hvy front squats with broad jumps just sucks. Gdlk everyone
