Going to do this at the beach. Gdlk yall. Good for u Erik trying to do 300 on vacation. Can't wait to c u all later this week. By the way also played golf for the first time in a long time, light house sound in OC md. Shot 3 OVER on front then rain came and threw me off a bit. Finished 84. Not too shabby. Thanks to crossfit my golf game has gotten better.

I KNEW it! My requested workout and I am missing it!!! Ugh...bummer... I disnt even bring a jumprope to the beach! :-( :-( :-(

I am so bummed I missed this!! This was created in my basement at 4:30 in the morning. That was when I was less than 40!! :)
