7 hours in.... No sugar, Gluten or Dairy
The morning and afternoon are easy, the later hours aren't so easy.

Go Kieth!!! Have you been off of gluten before? Dairy? I'm curious how easy it is to be off of 3 food "groups" than just the 1.

I have stayed away from Dairy for sometime now, also I've been flirting with cutting sugars out......Gluten was all my wife's idea. She's not ready to cut out sugars and dairy, but wanted to try gluten.
I'm also pretty good at eating the same thing everyday, so that's a big help

This could/will be hell but I am going to try and do no deserts, completely gluten free, no alcohol and no juices ice tea or occassional sodas for the next 30 days. Turkey Day is going to be weird this year!

Wow Kurt, whatcha going to eat? That list may have been shorter. LOL!

Kieth, I've been staying away from gluten for about 2 1/2 weeks now, and it's not so bad. It does help that my husband has celiac's disease so it wasn't a main staple in my diet to begin with. If you need any gf ideas, let me know. - Cheat day at Jule's Pizza in Doylestown is great GF pizza. (and you don't need cheese either on their pizza.) High carb meal which is why I say cheat day.

Kutty,
Gluten Free - Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley & rye.

It's not like I was downing breads with every meal or bread at all, but when I would make any type of sammie, I would wrap it up, with a wheat wrap. Looks like will have to use lettuce.
By the way I never mentioned Sugary, Gluten and Dairy Free adult beverages.
Julia, thanks for the tips
