Wod c/o CrossFit Park City

For time:
10-8-6-4-2 of Hang Squat Snatches (115/80)
Do 25 Bar Jump Overs after each set of HSS

(10 HSS/25 BJ, 8 HSS/25 BJ, etc)



Hip Extensions

Start at 180 degrees with your hips off of the box or pads. By flexing at the hip maintain your lumbar (low back) curve (keep it tight not rounded) all the way to the bottom...if I was going to be picky I would tell to Kutty to tighten up a little more :) then return to starting position while maintaining your back position the entire time, being careful not to hyperextend at the top. (Right on Teresa!) Static back, dynamic hip...meaning the hips are the only thing moving. Firing your glutes and hammies will help to keep your back locked in tight!
