Have you heard your trainer ever say, "keep the ball up" "keep your chest up" "keep your low back tight" Here's why...notice the ball height, back angle and her squat depth. Keeping the ball just a few inches higher while keeping your back locked in will result in a much easier and better wall ball shot!
