2-14-12 "Heart Breaker"


3 rounds for time:

200m run
20 box jump 20"  10 burpees
200m run
20 hang power clean 10 burpees
200m run
20 wallball shots 10 burpees


*There will be NO 8am class this Saturday Feb. 18th due to the Winter Combine.
**Baseball Team workout will meet on Friday at 4pm instead of Saturday.
