Our meat is ready. I will be picking it up on Thursday, March 29th and delivering it to the box that evening ~ 5-7 pm. If you ordered meat, please drop off a cooler (ice-chest, icebox)[if you have one] by wednesday of this upcoming week. Please label it clearly with your name.
You will be able to pickup your meat at Apex Thursday evening. I will have a flyer with more details at the box.

Gah, I will be in Florida that Wednesday-Monday. Is there any way someone could freeze/cool mine until then? I would really appreciate it!
