12.3 has been announced, what's everyone thinking?
I will say this, it's a lot more air than you think! I messed around with it tonight, not pleased my score! I still have 4 days to redo.

*If anyone plans on attending Thursday nights 7pm class, please shoot us an email....Especially if you plan on filming.

Dumb question, the numbers posted for WOD 3, I'm assuming it's total number of movements in 18 min? Like a round is 36 movements so divide that into the total to get the number of rounds? If this is correct, Annie T had over 1 rounds...

Make that 13 rounds!

Did my first "back squats" last night, to a box, then a ball. Not pretty and not heavy, but they worked!

Lauren, I talked to Tanya yesterday about your knee. We agreed that you should continue to keep rolling out above and below the knee. Given how things went yesterday I do not think you should run 2 miles on that today! I think this is a case of a day or two of rest on that will make a big difference... and to prevent it from happening again, be sure to get a little warm, then really work mobility on your calf, hamstring and quads before any full wod.

Kacie - I would LOVE to know what your "not heavy" squat is!...I'm guessing more than my two-legged max ;)
Keep at it girl, I can't wait to see you dominate at full strength!

Thanks Julia. Tanya was there this morning. Lots of rolling out and major scale wod. Did the rower with one leg (in place of running- bleh). Not the best workout for me, but I can't sit around and do nothing. I have never done Murph, so looking forward to it again when it comes back!
