  2. Clayton I counted my weight wrong.. it was 145# not 155# for the clean, 2 front squats, split jerk.
    12:52 at 95# .. Went lighter due to the comp on Saturday..

    Anyone who is doing the Partner Throwdown this Saturday and happens to be at the box.. I left my pink and blue tape on one of the boxes, it may have been moved, but if you see it, can you please bring it with you to the comp on saturday?! I will be lost without it, and don't know that I will make it to Apex before so. Thanks!

    Nothing felt smooth today. I felt very inflexible, uncoordinated, and just not very strong. Thanks, Clayton for showing me those forearm stretches and squats with bands afterwards.

    I need to work on my lifts (squat cleans, push jerks, split jerks, snatches). I might try coming in earlier to get some extra work on these in the warm-up. I also want to start working on getting a muscle-up.
