  4. Are you 9am'ers including the 3 mins rest in your times?

    I know I am slow but I felt like I kept it moving :) Those are some fast times!

  6. 6 AMers included the 6 minute rest into final time. Rob, Pat and Tony you can adjust your times to coincide with the rest of the days results. Just subtract 6 minutes.

  20. They've only released the generalities of the first WOD: 12min with 65# hang cleans, 65# single OH holds, 105# team OH, 55# push jerk, 8# wall balls, and 65# each arm farmer carry - for the women's scaled.

    Personally I hope that more Apexers create teams - I think it'll be a great Comp. There are 5 different divisions, the Open will be over and the CMC won't be for another month ;)

    Struggled with the push press for some reason, despite having worked with heavier before. I just couldn't cycle more than 5 and getting my "shelf" was an issue so I was just kinda holding it.

    Not my night overall, but I did have a small victory in that I held a handstand for a out two seconds. First time ever!! Def need to work on that and pull-ups.
