I think we pushed the time cap to 25 mins and I still didn't finish - I was on 2's. Those HC & J were tough!! Should have done #65.

Loved this WOD! I'm a fan of 10-1 since the more you work the faster you move to the next exercise which increases exponentially as you go.

14:17 - 3 band pull-ups (first time ever), 45#, 10# med ball - could have definitely done 55# but wanted to pay more attention to the pull-ups since it's the first time I've used them.

25:00 DNF I was on 2's and finished the pull-ups.

I RX's and should have done 80# or even 75#. I felt as if I was only doing C & J's! Everything else was a "rest" per se. LOL

I do love the 10-1's though in addition to my first love...chippers.
