Still waiting on my overall place but finished the CMC in 1 hour 13 min. Finished 2nd in my heat. It was brutal.
8:23 53# KBS, reduced pull up to 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1Hit a hang clean and jerk of 275# in warm up which was a PR.
