31:00 @ 70# completed 70 Bench presses...I just realized that I miscalculated my weight for the WOD. My max Bench Press 1RM in warm ups was 115#. I wound up doing 60%, not 40%.

First mile was about 7:45 and second about 9:30ish. Achilles and calves still a bit tender from the cmc.
I think my total time was about 28.
I HATE running, but a few months ago I wouldn't even have tried 2 miles.
CMC time 1:47. Loved it & had a blast. Never done one of these races before so took it a bit easy bc I didn't know what to expect. cant wait to sign up for another!
