65# 8:06 (could have gone heavier)

Had a little time after the WOD to took a stab at the OHS challenge. I maxed out at 2 reps @ 100# which is a PR for me. Not quite body-weight though :)

14:45 with 105#. Started with 125 but dropped at 12 on the round of 15 due to wrist pain. Without the pain I think 125 would have been doable but a major fight.

Happy Birthday Julia!!

95#/105#/115#

Went up in weight each time to push myself. In hindsight I should have gone for the heavy weight from the start but i based my initial decision on my Grace weight of 95#.

Did this at home and taped it.
Thought I went 135 but it was 145 lbs. made every set but after recounting my rounds using video replay I did 8 rather than 9 on my last set. Damn that video !!! DNF

6:01, 85#, could've gone heavier.

75#

Was certainly more than I had initially planned on doing, so I'm very happy with that

Tried this at 95#. Gave it up after 5 reps.

Tried it at 85#. Gave up after 4 reps.

Did the WOD at 75#.

I guess I'm really not used to going unbroken. Usually, I'm just concerned about speed, and I break when I want to or need to. The limiting factor seemed to be the change of the grip from the clean to the jerk.

75#, didn't really keep track of time, but I think I wrote on the board "16:00ish".
