Favorite place is Mexico. Taking the kids for the first time in June! I did spend an awesome week on 4x4 beach in OBX a few years ago but given the choice it's Mexico!

I take the family camping in Cape Cod every summer. may not sound like much, but its definitely special to us, and affordable!!!

Cape Cod, MA is the place! Natural beaches and great summer weather. We go to Cape Cod multiple times a year and have made many great friends there.

Was on the fence about going with 45# or 35#. Glad I chose the lighter weight. Thrusters make me want to vomit and my form is not that great with the squat snatch.

I agree with Sharon - OCNJ magnet on the back of my car. A week there with my family is all I need to recharge.

12:42, 35#. Box dips (one leg out), jumping pull ups. Found a new weakness too - gotta work on my squat snatch form. Great workout!

DNF under time cap @ 13 pull ups 65# ; completed workout after time was up

Josh gave me a consequence of 17 thrusters since that was the number of reps i was short. After i finished 17 thrusters @ 65# Josh informed me that the weight was 95#!!! Double consequences suck, but kudos to Josh for the push!

I'm a Wildwood fan myself... =) Maine is quite possibly my favorite place in the world, though I'll settle for New England in general.

Congrats Blake on 295!! Bus 285 ain't to shabby.

working back feeling good 3rd wod day in a row. First rx'd wod in a long time 8:26. Pays to be going light and fast over the past 2 weeks. My metcon is building however I am scared to death to see my strength. Still a little while until I test the waters with weight.

BDD terrific job finishing with some high intensity tonight on your final 15 air squats. 14:55 under the cap! Your moving well. Keep it up.

Black mats look great thanks to everyone who moved them in yesterday. Another surprise added tonight check it out tomorrow.

Favorite Vacation St. Lucia - HOney moon.
