Last time we did this WOD was 10/5/13. I was 6 Rds + 2 RC/400m run @ RX

WOD: 7 Rds plus 7 (started WOD on pull-ups)
- Lying Down Rope Climbs
- 95# DL
Compared to 5 Rds plus 5 on 10/5/12 @ 80# DL with jumping pull-ups.
Really stoked about that amount of progress!
My legs and lats are starting to feel the effects of Murph!

My body feels like a truck ran me over and then dumped me off a cliff. Feeling the effects of yesterday! Hard to get motivated this am.

Hit a deadlift PR of 355 in warm ups.
5 rounds plus 2 ropes, 400 meter run and 6 pullups. Rx.

7 rounds plus 2. Finished the 2 rope climbs at about 29:30 and didn't start another run. 145# on the deadlifts. This was a tough WOD.
5 rounds + 20 (started on PU, had rope climb and 400m to go). 130#. Knotted rope + 2 liedown get ups, jumping PU. Tough but fun, as usual.
I posted in FB CF friends group that I have 3 people who are definites...2 girls and a guy. I can only have one, so 2 are up for grabs. Let me know if you want one as your "bring-a-friend" so I can tell them yay or nay. I wish I could have done this WOD today...I will shoot for doing this on sunday!

Last time I got 7+2 but was jumping lower on the rig, had an 80# bar, and didn't run two miles the day before!
but I was very happy to push myself for both yesterday and today's WODs :)
