Today wasn't kind on the foot, but it was manageable until the very end. Definitely did my last set of C & J on one foot. Had to stay with a weight that I could push jerk.

Damn Clayton if I didn't just get done a 18 year "vacation" I'd be in but I'm just getting into the swing of my trade. Another time perhaps. I golf on Wednesdays and Sundays cause those are my days off. Sorry.

today was the first time I felt okay with my form and technique with a heavier bar weight catching an Oly lift (snatch no less) in a squat. still don't like it but it was neat!

I like to pretend that the humidity helps my muscles warm up twice as fast; I'm probably just overheating though ha
