Living by the roll of the die was fun this morning. As for WODs I skip? All i can can say is that the wods i have hated most, i've found myself doing more than once in a week, or even a day, like 13.3.
Also, I really appreciated the bergeron reflection from yesterday as well. thanks Josh you're the awesomest.
3:52 @ 55# (OHS) - I had 65# on the bar for a few warm-up reps but dropped to 55# - Should have stayed at 65# if not heavier - Overall felt good broke 1x after 35 reps
I am pretty consistent with my rest days if for no other reason than I like a set schedule, but may skip a rest day for a holiday WOD if it looked fun enough...

5:47 Front Squat 135#
Ripped my hands at 30 and did the last 20 straight.
Also 101 toes to bars in the warm up didn't help.
5:43 over head 65# didn't drop. Could have gone heavier
5:14 frt squat 115# no drops.
6:36 front squats @ 90# - 2 breaks, so 10 pullups + 10 pushups.
probably could have done another 10 or 20#
4:50 53# and no drops - I never thought I'd be so relieved to get to do OHS! And for once my wrists weren't the first thing to go ha
8:28 front squats #55. Dropped x 3 (scaled to 2 kipping pull ups). Ripped both hands during warm-up tonight. Thanks Erika for taking care of me!

Afterwards, I did Jackie (but I did 5 extra thrusters - 1000 m row, 50 45# thrusters, 30 pull-ups). 11:18.
This Saturday morning (at around 6:00 a.m.), I'll be running 12 miles at Peace Valley Park. Anyone want to join me?
