I'm ready to rumble!! How many people have signed up??
I am for sure in the water works club while Keith has definitely been a Blackout King!!
The Walrus is hilarious!
I for sure have an anti-kip and have uppercut myself more than once lol. That entire article is a riot - good find Clayton!
In my opinion not enough people are signed up yet for the Rumble - c'mon guys! It's going to be a fantastic day - doubtless filled with shins, chalk whores, and Vikings :) And a team Comp!? What are the deets on that? Date and # of people per team?
I have jackhammered myself with just regular wall balls! And definitely have uppercut several time too!
Great article. I think I am definitely gazelle.
Rumble peeps time to sack up and sign up. Come on you know you have that little temptation of wondering just how you might surprise yourself. Look at it more as a competition against yourself not those around you. Everything else is just bonus when it comes to scoring high in Rumble wod.
Ask yourself why do you CrossFit?
Hopefully you have said: I want continue getting in better shape and challenging myself.
Who the hell sits back and says I love hitting a plateau! Time to STAND UP AND SIGN UP.
The pregame speech has been said.
Love you all.
I can only do the rumble if it rains that day :(
I have corner 30'd, best part is I could still hear Josh "COME ON MOOOOOOONEYYYYY" down the street!

You are supposed to use your normal KBS weight and string together first 40. That was brutal for me. Needless to say I got to the first 20 and dropped.
Great article. I have definitely been jackhammered! lol
200 singles first round and 100 second round, 26# KBS, 10 short on the 20" box jump overs at the time cap. I was stepping on those last 10.
I really like this WOD and the warm up as well. Both were hard for me. But just what I needed.
I have been know to "shifty" from time to time. I've also shinned and nearly jackhammered a few times. I can't gazelle at my age.
I've been trying to increase shoulder strength by using a 20 lb wall ball and I always "jackhammer" although not to the point of knock out, lol!
Kimbo Slice is awesome! It's easy to kill it on the simple moves then tank on the more technical...and some days are just better than others.
Itchin' to get back at it!
I definitely was a warm-up warrior when I first started and would then proceed to get my ass handed to me during the WOD. I often times go to "Plan B" also. I'm hoping to never be a walrus

Definitely struggled with the heavier kettle bell!! But thanks Josh for making me do it anyway! :)
Liked being able to work on kipping during warmup!
And I've definitely uppercut, sometimes gazelle & sometimes warmup warrior
