I didn't like the running at all ha, but I was very happy to make it in under 15 minutes.
And I'll be spending the next 15 minutes stretching by my computer eagerly awaiting the release of the 1st Comp WOD - so excited!

Two weaknesses... Running and DL. DLs improving both form and strength, running is slightly more tolerable, both could still use some work though.

Broke on every set except for the first and last one. I'd like to do this WOD again sometime and go unbroken at the same weight and improve my time. Felt good about the deadlifts though. Maintained good form at a weight that is fairly heavy for me.

Subbed rows for runs
Rows smoked my hamstrings so the deadlifts felt much heavier than expected when I got to them. Broke once during 20 reps and once during 12 reps. Gotta work on keeping my form when I'm getting tired.

Only broke the first two sets

Oops, my mistake. I can start 6am Thursday classes after July 4.
