6/17/13- Zombie Run

Apex is looking to add a 6am Thursday morning class. We would like atleast 5 consistent participants, please comment if you'd be a regular attendee. If we can get 5 we will start this week. Thanks. Whose in?

Felt solid and consistent the entire WOD, never dropped the bar once! Probably could have pushed the run harder though...

Really like this one! I like dead lifts and running....perfect pair:) Should have gone heavier on the DLs though

I didn't like the running at all ha, but I was very happy to make it in under 15 minutes.
And I'll be spending the next 15 minutes stretching by my computer eagerly awaiting the release of the 1st Comp WOD - so excited!

Two weaknesses... Running and DL. DLs improving both form and strength, running is slightly more tolerable, both could still use some work though.

Broke on every set except for the first and last one. I'd like to do this WOD again sometime and go unbroken at the same weight and improve my time. Felt good about the deadlifts though. Maintained good form at a weight that is fairly heavy for me.

Subbed rows for runs

Rows smoked my hamstrings so the deadlifts felt much heavier than expected when I got to them. Broke once during 20 reps and once during 12 reps. Gotta work on keeping my form when I'm getting tired.
