If there are other apexers looking to form a team for the CF Generations Summerslam I could be persuaded to join. Bus posted about it yesterday and I think the deadline is this Friday. My qualifications are...ok lungs, decent strength, i like to curse during wods (but promise not to at a team event) I dislike running, OHS, thrusters and any wod involving more than 25 du's. Who wouldn't me on their team????

I like your style and your moves Erock! So far Generations, KOP, CF Newtown all have 4 teams, Del Val has one and Apex has one! They are going to open up to other boxes soon.....it's going to fill quick it's the cheapest costing comp around

Summertime problem: I workout more and eat far less so my energy goes down. I can totally feel it during my workouts and after. I'm just not hungry especially after working out and nothing seems appetizing. Anyone else experience this?

partnered with Jackie and Amanda.... w/ 3 person team had to do extra reps

used 65# on push press, could have bumped it up a little.

7 rds + 190m with Shipe. Awesome job squeezing out those last meters at the end!

Used a 35# bar. Definitely could have gone heavier, but the knee is a bit swollen now. Probably should have modified to strict presses.

Also, first WOD doing kipping pullups without the band, felt better than I'd expected. Though Shipe made it manageable by taking care of most of the pullup reps.
