Warmup: 10x2 Jerk @ 110#

Warm up: 2 Jerks every minute for 8 minutes @ 100#

WOD: 203 24" box The dips were a rep and time killer for me. I am struggle with dips and didn't get many reps on each of the rounds in the dips. Gotta work on the shoulders (mobility and strength)

WOD: 250 with 24" box.
Like Frank, Dips killed my rep count. Last two rounds I was doing one dip at a time.

Warm Up: 10x2 Jerk at 115#

Nice to be back after a 2-week hiatus. Fun WOD!

Warm-up 2 reps OTM for 9 minutes at 115#.

WOD-389 reps.

Should have made 400!

125# split jerk warm-up. 2 otm for 10.

395 reps. Feeling that one in the shoulders already. Floor dips too easy, big boy dips too slow..... Gotta practice.

Did strict presses for warmup (knee). Got to 80#

424 reps
Low bar for dips
Step up/down for box jumps

Felt good on them considering my 1rm is 135#

dippys were slow but really tried to work the full range of motion
