Pr on the run for me. Got it in 5:40, last time I timed a mile was last year and that was 6:58. So thats a big Pr for me. I impressed myself on all the wods Saturday, vary happy with my performance
5:08 mile. Last time I ran it for time I was 5:40. Overall I was really pleased with my performance this weekend. I've come a long way in the 16 months I've been crossfitting. Can't wait to see where I'm at next year.
PR for me, best time in 2 years and with a foot only 75% healed!! 8:43
PR for me! 6:12. Thanks for the push Cassandra!
Huge PR for me, for a long time I couldn't even run a mile without walking half of it.
Middle school ~15mins, last year was 7:40, and hit 6:03 this Saturday.
Big PR for me as well. Previous best was 6:30, hit 5:39 on Saturday!
I should have started this cleanse a lot sooner!
Hey, I too pr'd on run at 8.23. question:: my quads are very sore from comp on sat-I have been doing my best to work out knots, ((hurts even going down steps)) should I cf today or wait another day till I'm not as sore? Thx.
I did my run in 7:41 which I don't view as a PR so much as insanity haha. Last time I ran the mile in HS I don't think much running was involved ha; huge thanks to Dave for nipping at my heals!
Alli I think that arguments could be made both ways? As long as one is being smart/safe there's something to be said for pushing past soreness for the benefits gained. But today's WOD will also be very quad heavy and if you don't feel up to it after all the work you did Sat (which was awesome ps!) there's absolutely nothing wrong with that either. it's just a question of listening to your body and deciding what you want for it today :)
CONGRATS to all the PR-ers!
Alli, I would def come in today.....try to get there a bit early and do a little bit of rowing and then jump on one of the rollers
Loved this WOD this morning! Starting to feel much better about movements.
39:12
First round 50# 30/30/800
Second round 45# 30/30/800
Third round 45# 20/20/800
All with JPU
37:38
65#, Rx reps
Red Band pull ups, 20 each round
Great WOD to come back to after a week and a half away.
Great PR's all around!
Be sure to hydrate before coming in tonight, it's a long workout and you won't want to take water breaks!
Just a reminder KIDS CLASS starts today at 4pm!
Great job this morning to all who came out and shame on you if you dodged this one...Susan looked around and said where are all the regular 9amers? I was wondering the same thing! Don't miss out on Badger, this one is guaranteed to make you better physically and mentally. Have fun PMers!

I honestly thought this one would destroy me after all of the workouts on Saturday but I felt surprisingly okay through most of it. Biggest struggle? Trying to find a dry pull up bar! Sweat and chalk don't mix well...
32:40
70#
Really struggled mentally on this one, had a hard time pushing myself pass my comfort zone
29:32
12# db right arm
Ended up doing 4 rds
Would have been good if I listened better before the Wod started to know the 4th round was coming. I was already relaxing and it was time to go again. Oops!
27:37. 35 lb
20/20/400
20/20/800

I looked at the WOD & did think lots about it weather i wanted to after being outside all day plus the run & pull ups. After coming to the kids class stretched decided to do it. I dont typically dodge work outs but i was nervouse on this one. I surprised my self.
31:22 Rx
Not a big fan of those runs...but I'm glad I ended up doing this one.
4 rounds scaled. 60# JPU
Time: 31:26
Did an additional 10 KPU.
KILLER WOD!
Wow this one was rough.
Can't do squats so modified to power cleans. Scaled but with 800m rows
20 power cleans 60#
20 pullups
800m row
What took me totally off guard is that I got through three rounds in 23:55, and was promptly told to do a 4th round. That last round was very mentally tough. Hands are torn up something awful too.
4 rds 35:57
31:03. Scaled to one handed 40# db due to tweaked wrist and 20 pullups per round.
After being out of the box for 9 weeks….this was a HARD WOD to come back to but I made it. Thanks for all the encouragement! It is good to be back!

Over a minute slower than last year. I'd blame the heat but it was probably just as hot then. Next time!
Welcome back, Cindy!!
4 rds
35#, 20 reps, 400/800/400
Finished the 3 rds in 21:59 & then didn't realize we were still on the clock for the 4th rd so I actually finished that at 30:29.
PR on my mile as well. I can say I have never before ran a mile sub 7. I was 6:58 at the rumble. Pretty excited about that. The thing none of my friends can believe is that I was 19th of 32 across the finish line with that time. Bunch of lightning fast athletes at Apex!
36:10
75 lbs squat clean
RX'ed the rest
Hate running. This one killed me but I'm glad I finished
35:08 55#
Pushed past my bad memories of Badger for the first time since the park:) Glad i did it!!
