Was able to keep moving the entire workout, transitions were smooth even going to the bench (a huge weakness of mine).
Did we really need to relive that moment?!

Too heavy on the deadlift, was dropping 2x on each of the last 4 rounds, but glad I challenged myself. Fun workout, great energy!

Just thought I would throw this job posting out there in case anyone was looking for a position working with kids in an athletic environment.
I recently took over the Youth Sports Director position at the Ambler Area YMCA and my first objective is to hire a coordinator to help run evening and weekend programs this Fall.
This is a part-time position (25-20 hours a week) that will certainly not make you rich. However, this could be a perfect opportunity for a recent college grad or a current (local) college student looking to work in the evenings. Or for a current teacher looking to supplement their income.
