Then worked snatch and was able to tie my current PR @ 155#. Pumped about this as I haven't felt great with the snatch the past couple weeks. The rep felt good too! I was in my heels and did not take any steps forward when standing.

Strength work this morning at home.
Push Press
4 reps @ 70% (120#)
3 @ 80% (135#)
2 @ 90% (150#)
Sets 4-6 @ 70% (125#) - 8 reps, 8 reps , 10 reps
