Hey Josh, pretty sure I got the same score as last week, however my squat snatch was 10 times better. I felt a lot better doing them, bar was floating, and I even got a few "solid"s from Julia!

Felt solid the entire WOD, especially holding on to 4 rounds. I still need to work on finding that extra gear in the final minutes of a WOD...

Yes I'm a fan of the fans too.

And yes, Mooney was very thoughtful about the squat snatch today.

After class today I finally achieved full ROM HSPU's. a 5 year work in progress :)

21 rounds @ 45# doing clapping push-ups and squat snatches. In the 6:00 a.m. class, we got to include partial rounds completed on each AMRAP.
