  8. Warm up: clean and jerk finished with 130#. WOD: 18:30 80# Scaled down to 15 PU's. First two rounds went ok and then the PU's became a major struggle. Ripped my hand half way trough the third round. Had to break every 2-3 pu's. maybe I should've done 10 pu's and the rest jpu's.

    Felt decent on the row, jumped off @ 3:53 but took a few rounds to get my wind back and by then my arms felt shot...

    Fun WOD!

  14. DNF under 20 minutes - 7 pullups into my last round

    Finished around 22 minutes.

    Knew I would struggle today, out late last night doing trivia at Breworks. Alcohol slows me to a snails pace...

    Sadly, my team #YOLOSWAG did not win :-(

  18. Bekah your pull-ups looked strong. It's tough getting the hang of them again, don't get frustrated :)
    Used RX weight but scaled the pull-ups to 15...comp on Saturday and didn't want to rip or be sore. My time was 14:03
