DeleteWOD 6:58 110# back squat 35# kbs. The middle set was brutal for me. I really had to fight for the last 6-7 reps.

Tried 10 reps of BS @ 100# in warm ups and it too comfortable to me. So added the 10#. That extra 10# really had me working.
Oh Btw, 6am WODS just aren't the same without T. Irv's old school jams bumpin' !
