  1. WOD 18:20 100#. My forearms were smoked from the plate carries. Broke way too much on the shoulder to OH. It was a challenging WOD for sure.

17:24 100# shoulder to OH and 25# plates

Those plate carries have made holding a pen and writing this morning a bit of a challenge. I feel like I am writing like a 3 year old. lol Definitely feel them in my forearms.

  8. 15:17, 15# carry and 70# OH. Fun, though I wish I had challenged myself a little bit more on the OH weight, I didn't have to put that down once.

  12. DNF. I hate those letters. I had one carry and 1 jerk left at the cap.
125 # jerk. Felt heavy because i haven't done much shoulder to oh due to my wrist.

    DNF - Finished 4 SOH #135
The overhead work was no problem, however the plate carry was miserable; a mix of profuse hand sweat, and a pretty immediate fatigue of grip strength.

Thanks for everyone being so supportive - turned a very frustrating situation into a much more manageable one.

  15. 15:55 25# plates/115# SOH

Super frustrating! SOH weight was very manageable but couldn't keep a good grip after the fourth or fifth carry.
Another weakness exposed, this one made me want to scream!

  18. 15:51 SOH70# / Plate Carry 15#

Went up 5# on the SOH because of wodding next to Pete N. Thanks for the extra push. I have a nasty habit of going lighter just to make sure I finish in the time cap. Completely afraid of failing:(

Loved the energy in the box with so many people! We need the Wall of Polaroid's back so you can associate a face to a name!
