  3. WOD 16:27 90#. Liked this WOD a lot. I was aiming for under 15 minutes but those burpees always gets me.

    Loved this wod! Stepped every single burpee and was able to keep moving the entire time.

  5. Really liked this one. I was super nervous on the squat cleans and my knee. The weight felt great, no pain and I was able to be thoughtful on each squat.

    Tried to get my time down, but it was a hot one today.

    If ANYONE sees a maroon camera bag & camera laying around please give it to one of the coaches. We left it there yesterday after CF Kids and the WOD. Thanks!

    Did a front squat instead of OHS.

    This was a fun one!

    I remember a time not to long ago that I started crying because I couldn't get the power clean in a WOD. Josh brought me less weight, I felt so defeated. Doing 55# felt like nothing. Thanks to all the coaches and their patience while we are learning! :)

    Squat cleans are one of my weakest moves so I opted for less weight to focus on form.
