Loved this wod! Stepped every single burpee and was able to keep moving the entire time.
Really liked this one. I was super nervous on the squat cleans and my knee. The weight felt great, no pain and I was able to be thoughtful on each squat.

Did a front squat instead of OHS.
This was a fun one!
I remember a time not to long ago that I started crying because I couldn't get the power clean in a WOD. Josh brought me less weight, I felt so defeated. Doing 55# felt like nothing. Thanks to all the coaches and their patience while we are learning! :)

This would have been the first WOD I would have cherry picked and not shown up for. Thankfully it was on my rest day!
