Sharon!
ReplyDelete16:47 on the WOD today. The only parts of the WOD that I was happy with were the rope climbs and the OHS. Everything else was pretty bad. Wags told me that on my cleans I'm catching straight-legged and pulling too early. Must focus on form!
ReplyDeleteAfterwards, went swimming with Lou and Julia. 10 x (25 yards, 5 water MUs, 25 yards). 14:14. My form totally fell apart when I got fatigued.
I got to 18 rep on OHS at 15:00 but i think i actually finished because i started 1:00 after everyone on the rope climbs. But dont know what my time would hv been.
ReplyDeleteUsed 40 lb on Ohs & Pwr cleans
17:03 80# clean, 65# OHS
ReplyDeleteOnly got 3 OHS by the time the clock stopped at 17:00. Thank you Josh & Keith for pushing me to finish it out even though the time ran out.
ReplyDelete#65 power clean & 35# OHS
WOD--14:10 20# MBC/24 BJ/115#PC/50# OHS/Pistols on top of the box
ReplyDeleteDid 4 sets of 10 OHS at 50# after the WOD and went to the pool for a little swimming with Dan H.
Went 10:54 on "The (Souderton)Pool" Swim WOD from last week.
