160# clean ladder. Did squat cleans up to 120# then power cleans the rest of the way. Did 9 reps at 130# after breaking at 160# first time. 160# is a big PR for me. I thought my previous was 120# but after checking my records it was only 110#. One thing I felt was a big difference in when I was able to use my hips and straight arms correctly and when I didn't.

In April, I had a one max rep @80#. Happy with today's numbers. Thank you Erica! I don't think I would not have made past 90# without you telling me I had it! :)

  10. Alittle disappointed with today but started with 75 and made it to 135. Being in the car for about 40 hrs straight does alot to ya! Hoping to come back harder tomorrow. I did 5x5 of front squats at 100lbs to work on strength. Glad to be back!

  12. Started at 55 and went up to 120, failed at 125 on the last minute. Loved this WOD! Worst part for me was trying to keep up with the math for the bumpers lol; can we preset bars next time and move through them as stations?? haha

  13. Started at 65# and made it to 175#.
Took a minute to strip 30# off before doing 10 reps at 145# in the last minute.

Really thought I had at least one more lift in me but couldn't hold on to 185#. Kind of bummed.

  18. Started at 55#, max at 120#, failed at 125# - just couldn't get under it. Ended up power cleaning most of the reps because I was super tight and struggled with the squat.

    Absolutely loved this WOD!
