one little victory at a time, thanks guys! Also, thank you Karen Kelly for getting me the link to the Marsh Creek Open Water Swim clinic, http://www.midatlanticmultisport.com/open_water_series.html?utm_source=June+12+2013+-+Open+Water+Swim+Series+%26+Summer+Classes&utm_campaign=6%2F12%2F13+Email&utm_medium=email
Legs were smoked today! I used 80lbs for 10x3 front squats in the warmup. WOD: 45lbs and 7:43. Went light and unbroken on the barbell movements to give me more time for the run, since running is a weakness . Thanks Wags for the push to go fast. And thanks to Chris G for the push on the run!!!! :)
Is that Bekah?? :)
